    Common questions about hiring a private bartender in Mallorca — answered honestly.

    For peak summer season (June–September), we recommend booking 4–6 months ahead for weddings and 2–3 months for private parties. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — reach out and we'll check availability.

    We cover the entire island of Mallorca. Our team regularly serves events in Palma, Alcúdia, Pollensa, Port de Sóller, Calvià, Andratx, Santa Ponsa, Deià, Valldemossa, Formentor, Portocolom, and everywhere in between. Travel to any location on the island is included in our pricing.

    Both options are available. With our 'Bartender + Open Bar' and 'The Full Experience' packages, we supply all premium spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and fresh ingredients. With 'The Bartender' package, you supply the drinks and we bring the expertise, tools, and service. We can advise on quantities and selections either way.

    There's no strict minimum, but our service is best suited for events of 20+ guests. For smaller gatherings of 10–20 people, we can offer a tailored package — just get in touch with your requirements and we'll create something that works.

    Absolutely. All our bartenders are fully qualified mixologists with public liability insurance. We operate with all necessary licences for mobile beverage service at private events across the Balearic Islands.

    We're experienced with Mallorca's occasional summer showers. Our mobile bar setups can be quickly moved under cover if your venue has a marquee, terrace awning, or indoor backup space. We'll work with you on a weather contingency plan during the planning stage.

    Yes — in fact, it's one of the things we love most. We'll design a completely bespoke cocktail menu for your event, incorporating your preferences, the season, and local Mallorcan ingredients. From his-and-hers wedding cocktails to a menu themed around your corporate brand colours, we're all in.

    We typically arrive 2–3 hours before the first guest to set up the bar, prepare garnishes, chill drinks, and ensure everything is perfect. Breakdown takes about 1–1.5 hours after the bar closes. This time is always included in our packages, never billed separately.
